Subway - Hamilton

There is a young man who works at this place, in the regular at the night shift, the haare is so long that it hangs in his face when he looks down to make a customer sub. that can't be sanitary. I used to work in restaurants and never should have worked in a kitchen with my hair in such a condition. he carries a visier, not a full cap, but he obviously does not attempt to lock his haare as it falls over the chest of the visier. another hired, a girl, had also long hairs and wore the same type of visier, but her hair was tied back in a pony **** that is acceptable. please get them to begin this young man to wear a hair net or at least one full cap that contains his hair completely.

I placed an order with Savannah over the phone for a platter later in the week and she was very kind and helpful. Always such a pleasure when placing any order is seamless and easy. Thank you! Great customer service.

I grabbed lunch here on my break a couple of days ago. Food was quick and great, but service was even better. Savannah served me efficiently, but she was so positive and friendly that it left a lasting impression even now, days later! Especially during these times, staff like her are what will keep a business afloat.

Best subway in the city Savannah is always a treat to engage with, as are the rest of the staff Owners! If you live outside of Hamilton or, even at the other end of the city... it is worth the trip to Mountain Plaza Mall!
