Sasso - Hamilton

This is my favorite pizza place. The Mona Lisa and pepperoni are delicious. Also really enjoy the special request burger and the Fries are really good. The ingredients are always fresh and the people are friendly. Its definitely not the cheapest place in Hamilton to get Pizza but its worth it imo.

They only make personal size pizzas, and they didn't tell us when we ordered pick-up for three people. 35.00 for an 8 inch pizza. They gave me a second for 10.00 because they could see how mad I was, and I WAITED while they made it. I wouldn't have bought EITHER pizza if I'd seen them first. Do NOT give these people business. This is one step off fraud.

I tried the featured arugula beet salad, as well as the usual meal I order at Sasso which is the Caesar salad with blackened chicken. Both salads tasted very fresh and delicious.

Tried their signature dish the Chicken Parm. We’ve been to Sasso many times but never tried this dish until now. Hands down most delicious chicken parm I’ve ever had. The chicken, the breading, the tomatoe sauce, the perfectly cooked linguine. So so good. I would highly recommend. We enjoyed their oysters before the main. Also very good. But seriously, the chicken parm.

This is our go to place for pizza and salad and oysters (when they have them). Enjoyed their past happy hour specials and when my daughter is in town it is where we go for the 'rocket ' salad and the custom wood fired pizza. Closest we have found to when we travel in europe. Their house wines are really good too.
