Mr Gao China Restaurant - Hamilton

The Ma Po tofu was delicious! I highly recommend trying this dish at this restaurant. The other two dishes were average, lacking in flavor and leaning towards the bland side. The service was extremely slow, despite there being only two other tables occupied at the time. It took a long time for our food to be served.

Everything was decent but nothing really jumped out as something I’d definitely order again and again. The pork noodles were kinda bland to be honest. We liked the fried rice dish that comes with all the animals. Crispy spring rolls were pretty good too.

The only good chinese restaurant in Hamilton. Small place, might have to wait a bit for table because kids there don't leave after they finish eating. They just play with their phones lol.If u tipping, try use cash even if u r paying with debit. Because u know why ...

I had both taken out and eaten here at different times. quality is very uneven. there are some dishes that are amazing and others that are completely either dirty or cooked in a wise that is not great. the aubergine, the green pfeffer and the kartoffel is absolutely amazing and so the Kumin lamb is however classified as bark fried rice noodle is dry. in general, their spicy dishes are treated better. you eat comes very fast and the service is always good.
