Bidra med feedbackSo I gave this place another chance 3 more chances, I came through the drive by 1 week before the X-Mass-rush wanted a simple spicy chicken sandwich. I made the order came to my food and went home, the sandwich was a regular... Chicken sandwich, good chicken was missing a key ingredient whatever. I'll make sure I get it next. ZWEI WEEKS LATER the day after the boxing day ordinary business, 2 cars before 3... I mentioned that it was wrong and I didn't want a freer to be done just for it, they recognized me and said they would. I did wrong home (My mistake, not first to check) So I called the manager, did not want to give me a name that I gave to my name, she said to come and it will be made free, Today 1 week later I come in to make it right and order more food, I was happy id get my sandwich free and my friends food at the same time as a meal for my self. I was told when I said they had no carbonized drinks, but that's good, I mentioned my name that I spoke to the manager, and I would have a note for a free sandwich there. They said they came through... They saved me. Are you kidding? I checked my sandwich. I came home. My pommes were SO SO SOGGY that they were omitted for 2 hours! You can't eat them! They are covered with bacteria and a warming lamp doesn't kill them! Next My friends chicken nuggets were NOT SPICEY. what is this Restraunts problem with paying customers? 4 gosh darn commands made wrong in a row. You don't care about your food, your health or your loyalty. I'm done with Mcdonalds.
This restaurant is disgusting. Half of the employees only wear facial shields and then handle your food directly underneath, allowing their germs to potentially contaminate your meal. I am appalled and would be afraid to eat anything prepared by these individuals. As a customer, I will never trust this restaurant again and will share this information with others.
The visual appeal of this McDonald's is striking. The food is up to par with the standard McDonald's quality, but the service is lacking. The wait for food is excruciatingly long. Even on a slow day, we had to wait 7 minutes to receive our order, whereas at other McDonald's locations in Hamilton, the wait is never longer than 2 minutes. This slow service is unacceptable and needs to be improved.
This McDonald's should be switched off for health reasons. This place needs to start new managers.
The service at this restaurant is incredibly slow and the customer service is terrible. The manager did not understand the issue when I had to wait 10 minutes for a coffee. I will not be returning and will be dining elsewhere. As a family of 6 who eats out frequently, this was an expensive mistake.
