Lou Dawg's Southern BBQ - Hamilton

I've been here three times and every time was great. Delicious food, great drinks options and amazing service. Our friends also hosted a large event for about 20-25 people and they have accommodated us! They had set up a big table and food was quickly available and they were up looking for everyone when something else was needed. It was wonderful.

We were here earlier and enjoyed so we decided to visit again and were not disappointed. The staff was very friendly, the selection was good and the servings were so great that none of us could finish. We've got their $15 jug from Leger, really liked it, so we got a second. Very tasty cattle breeze and Mac cheese balls are the best!

Visited twice a week for even food. Both times fantastic and friendly service and beautiful food. I would recommend it. There were 7 of us and we all enjoyed our visits

Four of us went to Hess Village for a southern BBQ lunch in Lou Dawgs, on George St. Since it was a GR8 summer day, we found some rooms on their terrace. Two of the four had one of their pulled flesh...sandwiches; one had a veggie wrap; and I chose the 3 beef-bresket-tacos with spicy Mayo, which was on their start menu. While it was a beautiful day for a beer, our rational side entered us all had a soft drink. Service was good. All our articles were tasty and shortly after that we made ourselves slowly back to work.

Service is extremely poor...the menu should reflect that ribs may take up to an hour to arrive. The server seemed to attend more to local drinks.
