Kfc - Hamilton

Nice place to dine in. It's a bit expensive but worth it.

We went through the drive-thru, and my family dinner order was filled with chicken wings and other mystery pieces (no thighs, no legs, no breast pieces). I called in, and the manager was willing to replace it, but I wasn't going to drive all the way back to pick it up. I'm hoping this was a one-off. Check your order before you get home.

Zero star needs to be an option for places like this. Literally a drop of sauce for my sandwhiches that would cover maybe 1 bite. So dissapointing why are y'all so damn cheap!!! Locations like this is why kfc is losing

Absolutely awful experience at this location, we stopped in the drive thru for a quick snack as we were on a road trip and the service was God awful! The women on the speaker did not care to be there or was high as a kite, she took forever to respond to us sitting in line for 3 mins. I asked what the special sandwich was and she just responded with “crunch” I said excuse me? Which sandwich? She again said “the crunch” rudely and said “are you done ordering or what?” We are extremely dissatisfied with this level of treatment as customers, KFC management at this establishment or the corporation in general NEEDS to clean up this disgusting behaviour of their employees. Proper training and hiring should be looked into!! We are paying customers and if this is the level of “customer care” I DO NOT recommend ANYONE visiting this location!! Someone will get sick from the lack of care and NO ONE should be treated in this manner!
