A W - Hamilton

I went by this place at noon on Sunday Oct.22, 2017 to grab some burgers for my family. As soon as I walked in, I noticed that this place wasn't clean and food prep staff didn't use gloves, which I found shocking!!! I asked very...politely if they can use gloves when they prepare my food, but the manager told me she can't do that, because they don't have gloves in the store, because they never use it. The best part was that when I ask for money back, she gave me a nasty look, which I found very unprofessional.

I have always loved A&W burgers but they seem to be pricing themselves right out of the fast food business. I ordered 2 burger combos (burgers, fries and onion rings and root beers) and the price was $26!!!! That is ridiculous and I won’t go...back again. You just lost 2 very long time customers.

Usually A W is quite good. However, today Sunday lunch time the food was good, but quite expensive for a fast food place $27 for a chickenburger, a teenburger, 2 onion rings 2 root beers!!! The place was not very busy, but the tables were still...dirty we were not impressed and will probably not be back.

This place is always good. The restaurant is always clean and service is efficient and friendly. I especially like their breakfasts. Can’t beat the root beer either. Had some fries yesterday served in a porcelain bowl. You don’t get that at McDonalds.

I attended this location last night prior to a concert. I placed my order and when it cameI realized that I had ordered the wrong thing. The server, whose name is Tom, went above and beyond and allowed me to exchange my burger for the...one I actually wanted. He did this without hesitation, without me asking him to do so and he did it quickly. I have nothing but nice things to say about Tom. The food was good and much better than any of the fast food outlets out there. Kudos to Tom!
