Starbucks - Hamburg

Through the construction site in front of the entrance, sitting in front of the coffee was not very pleasant, as man had to see before the construction site security. The coffee and the staff were OK. The price performance ratio was also true.

The place is full, people are in line: The staff then clears up and cleanses chocolate from the counter. (To remove these from the tables would be more appropriate. 10 minutes for a filter coffee and a latte... coffee was with vegetable milk, although normal milk was ordered. The complaint was questioned suspiciously. No service. Toilets unclean and without toilet/hand paper.

Actually, I just wanted to get some coffee in the break. Vanessa was so sweet and had recommended me a cookie. Very friendly staff in a central location. I now enjoy my cookie in the Home Office

That was nothing. The first time it was nice, the coffee was good. The second time, however, absolutely nothing. The ice coffee was simply a big, black cold coffee. Isn't there any names on the cups? I didn't have it both times. Unfortunately, I also had the pleasure of visiting the toilet. So (old, unattractive) a toilet should really not look at a place of this size. Both times the employees were not particularly interested or polite.

Only more delicious you don't have to write! It should be detailed enough...
