Singh Indian Restaurant - Hamburg

We were in Singh for the first time yesterday, the place is simple, but beautifully decorated. How friendly was received, although my reservation on the website was not processed until the day before, we got a nice place. The food came very fast and the appetizers were a simple salad and samosas. The samosas were ok, neither particularly good, but also not bad, the filling was very soft, I could tastefully not notice any raisins or almonds, but also did not seek. The main course followed immediately, rice and food were lukewarm. I had ordered Dhan Chicken, the most expensive dish on the map under the heading Chicken. Tastefully rather a little sweet and uninteresting, reminded me of pumpkin soup or a small baby stream with chicken pieces. I then asked about Chili, unfortunately the request was not followed so that I had eaten the food so much. The food of my accompaniment was also lukewarm and tasty, although not excellent. I saw with other guests the Lamb Tikka court or chicken on hot stone that looked really good. Eating is always a matter of taste, I think there are some less good Indian restaurants in Hamburg, but also some I like better. That's why I'd be somewhere. Give 3-4 stars.

When I read: ... in our elegant restaurant... I woke up, I don't want an enemy, but good Indian food... and it was very good everywhere, I'm totally excited. The food has tasted first-class, I had the number 27 mixed plates and can recommend this dish warm and also the Mango Kulfi. It was great and the service was very friendly and the atmosphere, the mood in the restaurant is also Indian elegant and thus completely harmonious. It was a very good dinner on a rainy evening. 100 recommendation on my part.

We stayed in Hamburg the weekend and went spontaneously to the restaurant. We didn't regret it. I haven't had such a delicious meal for a long time. But not only the food was excellent.... the service was very nice and attentive and very fast. We'll be back.

We are really very excited about this restaurant. The service was very friendly, the food tasted super. Unfortunately, our order was incorrectly received, but as we point out, the food was exchanged directly fresh. The staff is attentive, but not intrusive. In the map perhaps still note which dishes are sharp.

Anyone who likes Indian should definitely look over here. so far have only been there at lunchtime
