Shiso Burger - Hamburg

The fusion between the Japanese Korean cuisine and burgers is just brilliant all together. I had the Chilli Lemon Burger and it was surprisingly good considering its unusual ingredients. Overall 10 10

Very good food and drinks. good service. I have a shiso burger with tuna, kimchi, sweet potatoes and pineapple and mint drink.

It is hard to find great food in hamburg, but here you can have great fusion burger (also fischburger) some local beers served by nice, friendly things. Japanese young atmosphere with good music.

One of the best burgers I have eaten. The buns are incredibly soft, the beef was extremely tender, well marinated and well spiced ! The home made fries were perfectly crispy on the outside, soft and sweet on the inside. All in all we had an amazing experience and we highly recommend this place !

The burger was good, a bit inconvenient to eat. But fine. Service could be better, I had to change my burger one time because they missed some ingredients. Anyway, overall normal place for lunch or quick bite.
