The second visit was also a highlight. Ms. Yang is not the chinese smiling over both ears, but in any case friendly and what is important to me is competent when you have questions about the courts. As a starter, we have split fried dough bags with pork chop and vegetables. For me alone, it would have been almost a meal. The dough bags completely freshly prepared and the ingredients as with all other dishes very high quality. As a main dish, I chose crisp beans with potato strips. The beans were also crisp and the potato strips were not completely soft. A very successful combination that was served in a marinade with Sichuan pepper. The marinade had the successful surprise effect why I forgive the 5*. The very good quality wine map is also very positive.
