So we thought where we could eat, and the gas house fell into the estetal. we haven't eaten here yet and heard nothing about it, so we decided to test it. 3 cars, probably belonging to the renter, because there was no gas there. Because it was 19.30 a.m. and nobody was there, we asked the dam in tresen carefully if we could have something to eat. of course we wanted to get a response and so we were looking for a nice place. the environment is kept in the country style. all in dark furniture and dark beams on the deck. all so a little old bark, but clean and well maintained. we were barely sat and we were already given the menus and gave up our drink order. I found the prices for the drinks very well. 0.4 ltr less than 3,00 € and 0.4 ltr grape juice 2,40 €. the menu is very clear. eating is regional and the prices are really good. the selection was not easy, so we decided to be wild. the drinks were served after a pleasant waiting period. they were well talented and well tempered. now we have abandoned our command. dammhirsch with beet, croquettes and inlaid birne of the teller was very nicely dressed and the croquettes were served separately. the 3 pieces meat from the brain, delicate pink fried, were tastefully very good and beautifully tender. the beetles were dressed as rasps in a bright cream sauce. a beautiful alternative to the usual contagious beet. the birne was very beautifully placed and very suitable for the rest. the croquettes were ok. for €14,80 an award-winning hammer! wild boar spinner with rose cabbage and kartoffel rösttis also this teller was very nice dressed and the kartoffel roastings were served separately. the 3 pieces wild boar were very good, tender pink, fried. tastefully it was excellent and totally delicate. the rose cabbage was still slightly bite-resistant and was served with fried shaking and speckles. the rösties were okay. with € 15,80 the price was more than justified. overall it was really delicious. for me clear 5 stars for the main course. we wanted to test the dessert variations by type of house. the name curious and so we were really curious. the dessert consisted of panna cotta, maus au chocolat, apfelstrudel, erdbeereien and as deko a beautifully cut open apple quarter. the teller was beautifully decorated. the panna cotta was made and tasted good, even the mousse was made himself and was tasteful 1a and beautifully fluffy. the apfelstrudel was heated and also tasted. only the earthed were not self-made and did not really fit the rest. but seen overall, it was a very tasty dessert and for €4,80 also very good price. in the evening we were the only guests there, which was very strange. so it couldn't lie at all. that was really excellent. we were more than satisfied. Conclusion: we have found another very good restaurant in B75, which we will recommend. the food was excellent and gets 5 stars for it. the environment is a taste. it was all very clean. the staff was very friendly and attentive. price performance is also excellent, for €48,60 main course, dessert and 2 drinks that they can not really taste. have spent much more and fed worse than here!
