You could try making it at home, but it won't taste as good. You can customize your bowl and even opt for vegan salmon. The food is delicious, with generous portions. The location is great, right by the beach. The service was a bit lacking, but it could have just been an off day.

We visited this restaurant a while back and tried the Tofu wave bowl and a DIY bowl. Both dishes were delicious and the staff was friendly. The prices were reasonable compared to other poke bars.

I have visited this restaurant multiple times before discovering U|F Poké Bar, which has now become my favorite spot for poke bowls. I would have rated this restaurant 3.5 stars, but since I can only give U|F 4 stars, I will go with that. The standout feature of this place is its beautiful aesthetics. The interior is painted in shades of pink and turquoise, and this color scheme is also reflected in the bowls they serve, with pink rice dyed using beets instead of the traditional white sushi rice (with no difference in taste). The toppings are always fresh and the tofu was delicious. They usually offer two vegan sauce options, providing some variety for those with dietary restrictions.
