Acapulco Mexican - Ham Lake

The worst meal I have ever gotten! We ordered take out. My husband ordered the Mucho Queso and I ordered the Enchiladas Verdes. My meal was like soup there was so much broth from what was supposed to be shredded chicken My tortillas were like muck. It was like nothing I could even describe my chicken was undercooked hoping I don't get salmonella. I ended up scraping off what I could and eating it with the nachos. I'm so disappointed. DO NOT ORDER TAKE OUT at this restaurant. We have dined in in the past and it was great but their take out is just terrible.

Good food,good service but expected margaritas to be in bigger glass not a low ball glass,but they were tasty.

Fastest to go orders Ever! Kid-friendliness: Fun atmosphere

We frequent the Ham Lake location and always enjoy it, but were pretty disappointed by our take out order this evening (and by past take out orders, but tonight was especially disappointing). We 've always enjoyed the food when dining at Acapulco, but what we received tonight was a far cry from the usual. The shredded beef quesadilla rellenas was essentially a steak inside a tortilla. The shredded beef was in one large piece, and the cheese was so sparse, it was almost nonexistent. We 'll continue to eat at Acapulco, but will not order take out again.
