Runcorn Kebab Pizza House - Halton

The delivery took hours to arrive, starting an hour late from the estimated time and then taking an additional hour from there. The food was cold and items were missing.

I was shocked to wait for nearly two hours for my delivery, only to find out that the driver didn't speak English and my food order was incorrect. The lack of communication and the mistake in my order was disappointing to say the least.

Ordered from just eat. The driver swore down the phone at me, then when he arrived I asked him why he swore at me down the phone. He claimed he was speaking to his friend, so I said how unprofessional it was for him to...be swearing to his friend whilst on the phone to a customer. I then asked him to leave, to which he said we shouldn’t order from that restaurant again. After leaving our property, he then had the cheek to call me back say ‘I was swearing at you’ and then hang up the phone! So I called the number back again, and they pretended that they had never rung me in the first place, and that the manager wasn’t there right now, didn’t know what time tomorrow he would be in, but maybe we should try again sometime tomorrow. Absolutely fuming!

Ordered a vegetarian burger with the family order. Everyone else's was fine. The vegetarian burger itself was shocking. Over cooked, rock hard and tasteless. Will not be ordering from there again, especially with an hour and a half wait when we live miles away.
