Pizza Casa - Halton

I placed an online order tonight and the app confirmed a payment of £39. They gave me an order number but I never received an email. I tried calling but no one answered the phone. The payment was taken from my bank account but the order never arrived. I had to wait over an hour before placing an order elsewhere just in case it came. I have 3 hungry kids who were feeling sick and I am £39 down. I was not happy. I will be driving there tomorrow to get my money back. Some people may not have the funds to reorder. This experience was absolutely disgusting and I will never use them again.

Fantastic as always! The service was excellent, the delivery was quick, and the food was delicious. They outshine Pizza Express in every way. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone!

This restaurant is a complete disappointment. We spent over £45 and the food was barely edible. We requested extra cheese on two of the pizzas, but there was hardly any cheese at all. Two pizzas were so burnt they were as hard as cardboard, and the fries had no seasoning. Do not bother coming here, it's a complete rip-off with overcooked and overpriced food.

This is normally our 'go to ' takeaway for pizza and usually we love the 'La Belle ' Pizza, however, super disappointed tonight. Pizza came quickly, about 25 mins but was very soggy in the middle, so much so, we had to scoop it up and it also had a very vinegary taste. I think the artichokes were in vinegar as opposed to the usual oil and did not taste good. Probably eont go again.

Never again, warm pizza, definitely not a deep crust. It was also stale! Chicken wings x 8, tiny for £6.49, chips were barely warm and overpriced £2.49 for a tiny box to barely fill one adult) and my ask of a salad box on the order details was ignored … apology followed.
