Costa Coffee - Halton

With a family member fallen by 5:50 clock in costa. there was no personal visible that we had to wait for more than 5 minutes until a worker was materialized. as a worker materialized, she was a very unpleasant girl that, instead of welcoming us, said they know it's just going out. when I asked if we could drink the coffee (because it was quite cold) she said that our order was not cracked with another worker, then went around the box and told the customers who already drink coffee that they had to go. now I know that the loading closing times were 6pm; but the drive trough was open until 8pm (so it wouldn't be as if there weren't personal in the socket) I don't know why she couldn't just finish the customers her coffee to stop the door other customers enter. it was clear that she did not enjoy her job at all. the coffee was in order, but given the shocking customer service, I would encourage everyone to cross the road to the diets at the BP service station.

I don’t know why this place is here. They are constantly running out of things. Machines break all the time, they run out of sauce, always run out of cream and insanely enough ran out of ice!!!! Every single time I go there is an...apology after I make my order. One week they only had one size cup. I’ve learnt my lesson now and will not be going ever again

Long 10-15 minute waits at the drive through and unable to provide what was on the menu. Overpriced and poor service.

Went here and had a cheese toastie it was dry and tasteless. I’d asked thinking I would get what I’d pointed in the direction of which was the Emmental cheese . So was disappointed plus was not offered the meal deal which I would have...liked. When I complained they just said well you will know next time!!
