Chestnut Lodge Supper - Halton

I placed an online order but never received the food. They took the money from my account and I am still hungry. I will never use this restaurant again. The staff were apologetic, but the management is unacceptable.

This Chinese takeout is very dirty and unpleasant. The last few times I've been here, I've gotten sick from the food. I would advise avoiding this place.

I recently ordered three burgers for delivery from this restaurant. While the delivery service was great, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. My burger was made with cheap, processed meat that tasted terrible and was burnt. There was also no lettuce on the burger. I was so disappointed that I threw it in the trash. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

Can't be bothered explaining my whole experience. Ordered food to be delivered at 6pm. Still not arrived as I'm writing this. Rang up twice, lied to twice when they said it was out with the delivery driver only to finally admit it hadn't even been started! Please do not waste your hard earned money because you'll be very disappointed

If you have a choice of going here or not eating, then starve! Waited over 2 hours after ordering via Uber Eats. Chased this up 4 times, and was lied to on every single occasion, quite rudely also by female members of staff. One saying I am not sure what you want me to do about it! It finally arrived it was terrible plus some items in the order were missing. Never again, George built up a decent business but current owners have taken it to the depths. One thing I would like to say is the Uber Eats driver, Zach I think he said his name was,was really good and apologetic, I actually felt sorry for him as he was the only driver they have and the staff all seemed to be blaming him behind his back.
