Saigon Deli - Haltom City

Their banh mi's are actually really good, but the lady who takes orders is pretty mean and just flat out rude. Their menu says $4.50 for one sandwich. But their menu ALSO says buy 3 get 1 free. However, If you try to buy less than 3 banh mi's, the woman gives you MAJOR attitude and just gets mad at you basically forcing you to get 4 sandwiches total. So if you come here planning to only get 1 or 2 sandwiches, think again cause lady is gonna give you major SIDE EYE. but, again their sandwiches are good. I just don't like rude people. So I have to give their service a 1 star, but I'd give their sandwiches a solid 4.5.

Cashier is super rude and rush even there is no customer. If there is another shop near by, I'll gl to the competitor. We speak Vietnamese too and very polite but seem like the older vietnameses do want to respect others only expect others to respect them.Food: 3/5

The staff are very nice and quick to make orders. The food here is FRESH and the drinks are refreshing!

The banh mi is good. But the cashier lady is rude. Don’t know if she is the owner or not, but she needs to train her attitude with customer. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
