Pizza Hut - Haltom City

I'm a door handler. This pizza hut is always timely and polite.

Disappointed, least to say. The delivery driver didn't even see the entrance when he broke my order. My order was missing items and the pizza was cold. The delivery was pretty fast, so cold pizza? That's weird. When we called the store, they couldn't refund our money for the missing items and said it would take an hour and a half to get the missing items. You said they'd credit our account, but it only takes 30 days... What? There is an expiry date on your error? This is madness. Will not order from here anymore. Just sad because Pizza hat has always been my favorite.

Ordered $30 pizza and it never came. My fiancée and I called the store five times and were hung three out of five times. I have never experienced this type of customer service and was disappointed

Not only do I wait ten minutes, but I waited for them to put barley when some buffalo sauce is on my pizza! It is mostly cheese and chicken... so dissatisfied!!
