Bidra med feedbackAt the drive thru ordered. To the window there was an older lady who spoke loudly with the drive thru window worker. The older woman went up and the worker expanded her hand to take the payment. Without ensuring that she had the right order without talking, being polite and saying good morning or something courtesy. When I went to the window and stopped, the drive thru saw me working with the window. Didn't say anything when I waited to see if she would speak. When I rolled up my window, she started going to the window. Hmm? She didn't speak again. I stopped her hand. So I rolled up my window and waited a minute. I rolled my window down and she still hasn't spoken. She held her hand out when I rolled up my window. And obviously it's not just me. So the plus size woman took an orange juice and spoke to me when I rolled my window down. Customer service is bad in this building. She didn't want to talk to the older woman or me. I drove up a bit to check my order, I heard them talking to the Hispanic couple behind me. Racism at this establishment of Mexican women is pathetic and is far too long. Retrain this pile, discipline them for their actions to pay customers, or put a completely new crew.
I wanted to go home. I'll wait 15 minutes for someone to take my order. Each individual employee contacted us and refused to accept our order. It's over because we don't have a service.
The heavy set girl in purple shirt has terrible customer service skills also you can a chicken sandwich from mcdonald is this cheaper and equal quality or better than Jacks $10 chicken sandwich
I give a 5 star for winners and the crew who work today at 11 o'clock..we didn't have in the box in a while, since the Munchie boxes were 5.99 and we were not careful and ordered the Munchie boxes and the sum came to 17. and some change, we had to change our order to the 5.99 combo, how did these guys stay a positive attitude, even if they started on the way
Same bs different store the lobby never open. If you can't find people to work maybe change your management, pay them decently, POS excuses all the time.
