Raw Fabrique - Halmstad

The restaurant is small and cozy, with carefully thought out inventory and decorations. The food and cakes all look amazing. I tried the Greek salad and an organic pineapple soda, both delicious! I love this place, Halmstad really needed a place like this. I will definitely be back as often as I can.

Recently I discovered this beautiful new vegan café in Smålandsstenar. It is usually quite difficult to find good restaurants let alone completely vegan restaurants outside the big cities in Sweden, but this one even offers raw food options and all their cakes and ice cream are raw. They have Buddha bowls, wraps, breakfast fruit bowls, toast, smoothies and juices etc.. Water with orange slice is free just like in the USA. Oh and the best thing is dogs are allowed in which is really rare in Sweden. So I was able to bring my old lady Ylva and they had free food and water for her.

This restaurant is cozy and offers delicious food and coffee. Their salads are really good, and I particularly enjoyed the combination of strawberries and avocado. I would give them a 5-star rating if the staff were friendlier.

I had the Greek style packaging and it was very fresh and delicious.
