Mcdonald's - HALLETT COVE

Ordered table service. Ordered two iced lattes with full cream milk and a burger with no pickles. Waitress brings the iced coffees over and says ‘we don’t have full cream, it’s skim, hope you don’t mind’. If she had said something earlier, I would have told her not to bother making them. Okay, no worries, these things happen. Get our food. My burger with a clear grill slip that says no pickles it’s got pickles on it. Go up to the counter, let them know, she yells out to make another without pickles. Get my burger back and they’ve just taken the pickles off by this time it’s cold. So I go back up and say ‘look, they’ve literally just picked the pickles off and chucked it back in the box’. No apologies, nothing so I asked for a refund. The cashier was so rude. They are all young, lazy and clearly do not want to be there. Do better, for gods sake guys! Also, don't bother going to the drive through, their sensors and cameras don't work. You can be sitting waiting at the speaker box for 10 minutes and have to drive to the window to get some sort of service. This has been an ongoing issue for at least 6 months and they have done nothing to fix the issue. Hallett Cove is the WORST maccas in Adelaide due to their lack of customer service and the terrible staff they employ. How they get past the interview process absolutely astounds me! We regularly drop in here and have an icecream. Nice friendly staff. Good clean outdoor area to sit with the dog. Price per person: A$1–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The manager in question was the most disengaged and inattentive person working retail I’ve ever experienced. I didn’t even bother ordering, terrible customer experience. Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
