I'm afraid I'm just staring and why I'm not gonna be there because of the process. she doesn't think about the customers, but unfortunately only about her own ego.

We will no longer visit the restaurant. because I always have some good start: the pommes were the best of the evening with a distance.However:Order was only accepted after minutes waiting even though the table was previously extra reserved. more hour and minutes later, the food came. in between, after an hour waiting time, the question was whether we had already heard of our food.The food:The round steak was neither round nor (as ordered) medium, badly seasoned and already cooled. the other courts were quite ok. we were promised a voucher as “reparation”. we have not received and were sent home despite inquiries.We have remained friendly all the time (although there was not much positive about the visit) like the waiters too (the owner rather less) there we will never eat again.As answer to the owner's comment: Since I cannot be assigned to a visitor as a reviewer, I wonder how to lie to me. for the waiting times, I would have proved. also in the neighboring table was complained about the waiting times. binan face of the other commentary here is to be seen that with almost every bad assessment it is claimed that there were technical difficulties. if this were so, one could tell the customer on the one hand and, on the other hand, one should look after a more reliable system. and said by a waitress that our order was forgotten after we complained.The tone of the change in all the responses of the operator to bad/ worse reviews of customers I find extremely worrying.The voucher was promised to us after eating before paying. when paying at the tresen there was then, as described above, no.
