The chef at this restaurant is a true artist in the kitchen. The portions are generous and always delicious. This is one of the best restaurants in Halle. The sabayon with the cricket bean is a unique and standout dish. We will definitely be returning!

We discovered this restaurant nearly a year ago and have already visited it 10 to 11 times. It is a charming restaurant with regularly changing menu options. Some dishes reappear throughout the year, but in new and creative combinations. The food is fresh, the plates are well-presented with attention to detail. While waiting, we are offered sandwiches in a paper bag and a homemade "pre-appetizer." The menu is extensive and varied, offering options such as steak with a choice of sauce for those who prefer a more traditional meal. The quality is excellent for a very reasonable price. The evening menu is particularly extensive, although we have not yet tried the lunch menu. Some of our favorites include the tuna tartare, shrimp variations, a platter with four different preparations, and the delicious desserts. The house wine is exceptional and compliments the meal perfectly. The service is discreet, friendly, and efficient. The open kitchen adds to the overall atmosphere and creates a sense of trust for the customers.

That's not how we fall in the repeat. certain dishes come back in the course of the year, but in another original combination. The food is refreshing, the plates cared, with eye for detail. While waiting, you get sandwiches in a sandwich bag, and another homemade "pré-entree." Usually, this is a two-package. It's not brass, but also steak with sauce to choice is on the menu for the lovers. The menu is extensive, and varied. quality is a great place, and that is a very pleasant price. Especially the evening menu is extensive. We're nightgoers, so we haven't tried lunch yet. Some of my favorites: The tarter of tuna, shrimp-variations, four types of preparations on the board, the however feathered this was a discovery, the kike-sabayon, bananas, which I'm sure as well as I'm sure as I'm sure as I'm sure it is. The house wine is excellent, and so does our portemone. The service is discreet, kind and correct. Plus, the restaurant has an open kitchen, which also resumes trust, and makes a pleasant feeling as a client.

Good food with nurturing products. No extensive card that limits the guards. Good and kind service with an eye for the client.
