The staff is so unprofessional, when I places the order the guy did not even speak a word and just kept pressing buttons with a dead face, did not bother to ask if I needed a receipt, when I asked for a receipt it wasjust like crumbled and swayed towards me .As soon as you give the order they disappear in the kitchen and leave the frontunattended. His uninterested face almost seemed like I had bothered him. The pizza could have been hotter but tasted ok. Youguys need to do better with customer service.
This is the worst experience I 've had in a long time. My friend and I both ordered the plant-based nuggets. We repeated ourselves several times, and even after questioning our receipts said gluten-free nuggets they reassured us we were gettingthe plant-based ones. About 30 minutes later, we get our order. I very quickly realize something is off and that they 're 100%real chicken nuggets. I approach the kitchen and show them, and they also confirmed it was real chicken... They tell us if wewait 5 minutes, we will get the correct ones. Another 15 minutes goes by, and we try to get our money back. Especially since Iwas starting to feel sick and just wanted to go home. They were rude, didn 't apologize, no credit was offered, and overall itwas just one big waste of our time. I understand mistakes happen, but at least pretend to care and fix your mistake. Don 't actlike your customers are the problem. I work im the food industry, and I know i would have handled that way differently. Oh, andthe guy taking our order had his airpods in, which we noticed later on. ???? I feel hesitant to trust Pizza Pizza in thefuture
My boyfriend and I visit this place once in 2 weeks. (Pizza pizza in Downtown, Halifax- Argyle Street) The pizza and service offered is really nice. We have always been served very well by the staff but one of the staff member named Amit provided topnotch service. He was very patient and suggested good combos to choose from.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I have been here multiple times and it has always been the worst customer service I?ve ever experienced. I only go here because it is one of the few places with plant based options past 10pm. Every time I go, I amgreeted by a person who never seems to know how to work the cash and I always have to wait upwards of 15 minutes for a singlesandwich. Today was the final straw when I ordered a plant based chicken sandwich at 9pm and was told they didn?t have themanymore. When I asked when they stopped, the person at the counter not only could not answer my question, but barely gave me afull sentence. I left and accepted that the sandwich was discontinued. Out of curiosity, when I got home (10 minutes later) Ichecked Uber eats to see if the sandwich was gone. It was still there! At the same location I was just at! I ordered it andreceived it! Why did they lie to me? I called to complain and they transferred me around and could not answer my question ortake accountability. He tried to tell me they might have received an order at 9pm at night, as if that how it works. I amfrustrated but more so confused at the absolute incompetence at this location. They should be embarrassed and ashamed. I willnever go back there, I?d rather walk to 20 minutes to Subway.
8.99$ for this poutine!!! Awful! Worst possible experience ever!! Doesn?t worth at all! Don?t waste your money!!!! Never order again!!
