La Piazza - Halifax

My friends and I attended a birthday brunch at La Piazza today and were very impressed by both the food and the service. Our server, Alex, was attentive and friendly, and she went out of her way to make the birthday brunch special. The food was delicious. Two favourite dishes were the smoked salmon eggs Benny and the wood oven pizza. Thank you to Alex and the rest of the staff for making our visit a great one. I am looking forward to my next visit.

I've tried brunch (salmon eggs Benedict) and lunch (wood oven pizza). Wow wow. And a $5 Caesar. Bravo on a great local neighbourhood spot !!

On Saturday night I Hosted a 60th Surprise Birthday Party for my husband! It was an amazing evening in a lovely bistro with light jazz, fine food and awesome conversations with family and friends! Management and staff went out of their way in making our evening perfect! We loved having the entire upstairs dining room for our special evening! Lots of room of everyone to walk around and enjoy yummy appetizers, amazing pizzas and great wine and beer! I look forward to hosting another event at La Piazza soon!

The delivery driver was very friendly and accommodating to my silly delivery request. The authenticity of the pizza really impressed both my roommate and me. We couldn't have asked for anything better. We will definitely be ordering from this place again.

Pizza, they are both delicious. The crust was perfectly thin and crispy, the toppings were fresh and flavorful. The service was friendly and prompt. I will definitely be back for more!
