Straw Hat Pizza - Half Moon Bay

Pizza is delicious. We tried the Mexicali it was loaded with ingredients and had a crunchy crust. The price is reasonable, a middle pizza for $22 fed my husband and me. The interior is somewhat obsolete, felt like the 1990s or early 2000s with the decor and furniture. The restaurant was very clean and served decent. Many free parking on site.

Great pizza, attentive staff. We were the first people to use the outdoor terrace today, and they made sure to open the screens and wipe out the tables. Patio is dog friendly.

This is one of my favorite places to eat when in or near Half Moon Bay. The pizza is soooo good. We now live 4 1/2 hrs away and when we visit we order a pizza and enjoy it there in the restaurant. It's a nice atmosphere with TV's to watch the games if playing. It's a clean place to eat and the service is fast and friendly. We've gone so much that they know us here and it's like coming home. Affordable and well worth it. You can call ahead and pick up as well. The salad bar when open is soooo good too. Clean restrooms as well.

We come here weekly for the lunch mini pizza, salad bar, drink deal. Friendly service nice dining room.

Classic old California pizza joint, getting harder and harder to find these days. Good thin crust pizza, fresh toppings in a kitschy, 70s-esque memorabilia atmosphere. Nothing trendy here...hasnt changed much since back in the day.
