Cookie Jar The Cafe - Haldwani

It was good clean cafe but there was no one to take orders or to provide the ordered Article to the table. Customer has to do these things himself. They should atleast employ a waiter for these or should give discount to the customers for bad service.

Ordered 1 cappuccino, 1 latte and 1 espresso instead recieved a wrong order of 2 latte and 1 americano. Staff was unprofessional. All iced coffee were just water with lots of ice and having a bitter taste of coffee. Money and time both wasted .

Been visiting this cute cafe since past 4-5 years (not everyday! and I love it!! The vibes, the bright colors, the staff, the menu, the taste, the price, everything is perfect one of my favorites in this city

Last evening I went there with my friend to have some snacks and coffee... but their behavior was Terrible, they were not responding properly and you will see more than 2 people there but still you have to take your order by yourself.... like seriously? ...... and top of everything food was also not fresh forget about the taste... we ordered a cappuccino, stuffed pizza and a cheese crab.... cheese crab was ok but rest of two were a big disappointment

Amazing coffee experience for me. This cafe has nice architecture too looks awesome.. Also you can have variety of food here. ..cozy place.
