Burger King - Haines City

We came in at 9:47 pm, they are suppose to close at 12am, but the doors were shut and only drive through was still open. We went to drive through and the line was not even moving. What is going on in this location?

Keep the mountain area serviced. Everything else was great.?

This fast restaurant should have more responsibility with the food, second time and the hamburgers are very cold again, not all places are like that. But this in definition yes,

Horrible Burger King, the employees are so rude. They literally ignore you and just stick their hand out the window while talking to other employees to collect payment and then same with your food. Absolutely ridiculous, if you cannot handle being friendly for a few hours a day, don’t work in customer service. Pretty simple.
