Restaurant La Boucherie - Haguenau

Perfect staff and services. The meals were hearty and very good. many choices on the map

We tested this restaurant for the first time as we have been in front of us for years! The restaurant is open until 2pm, we arrived at 1:30pm. We asked if they still accept us for lunch, as we were that we were very well received, without any feeling of being pushed to finish quickly. In aperitif the alcohol-free cocktail (fishing taste - I don't remember the name) was good and decorated with 2 sweet sweet sweet sweet sweet sweet sweets type strawberry tagada). My husband took a double tartar/carpaccio. The quantity made him regret having taken a double and finally they're so regaled that he emptied it all!For me my choice focused on a simple, melting burger. He was good and well served. However, I was missing a little more, a flavor, which would really have made me say that it is extra! (in my case I love old mustard and if one day you make a burger with it I will be delighted to try it!). On the table there is missing the sauces - as we were at the end of service the ketchup/moutarde tray was empty. Looking at the tables around some had only one sauce, so it's a general concern. Estimate= for improvement: when the table was removed, put the condiments in sufficient quantity. Why not mayonnaise?as well as salt, which we went to a nearby table (small anodin detail because of course we can ask the servers. So it's more about homogenizing what's on the tables. )The flat water was served in plastic bottle which surprised us. At the restaurant, we're expecting glass bottles instead. However, it allows you to take it if you don't finish it!We didn't take dessert. The two people at the service seem young and at the beginning of the formation (the young boy especially = stat we see that he puts his own there, it is very nice to see that). Both pleasant and smiling! I expected to feel pressure because of our arrival time, and not at all. There's a tiny little kid's corner, which has the merit of existence! It was a joyous brothel not very welcoming, but again, we arrived at the end of service so I ask to see how it is when we arrive at a more suitable schedule : we couldn't take the loyalty card (main sympa) because the computer was not working apparently..We will hear the experience with the children!

Service very reactive and coming without falling into the excavations, the carpaccio is served regularly with a good timing that avoids throwing on the accompaniment. a great thank you to the service for this successful evening.

Quality basic products, very good caesar salad in entry also available in main dish. meat-based menus are very good and perfectly cooked. The reception was very cordial. good situation on the periphery of haguenau.

Right next to the hotel, very beautiful map. The meat is succulent there, as well as the reception and service, on the other hand, I did not appreciate the fries.
