Obviously the 5 stars is on a grading curve compared to other burger places. Great selection of burgers and sandwiches and signature soft drinks. Great place to take kids with a clean family friendly decor, smiling faces and friendly staff. If you're looking for a 1 of a kind meal this isn't the place for you but if a quality burger at a great price is what you want then this is the spot. Bottomless fries are just a bonus

Our 1st trip to Red Robin..and it really was Yummm! The food was great, staff was friendly, the manager worked as hard as her staff, with a smile!.. And our server Kara was outstanding!

Got a seat immediately on a Friday night. It was only 5:30 but the place was already pretty busy. The server was with us very quickly for drink and appetizer orders. I've only had burgers are Red Robin before but tried the grilled chicken sandwich on this trip and it was delicious. Overall a good dinner experience.

I enjoy and look forward to my trips to the local Hagerstown Red Robin! The burgers are very good. Over time, I had almost the entire base menu of the burgers. I like the rotation of special burgers with which they come. My burgers are always very juicy, come fresh, and are full of taste. My personal favorite here is the Banzai Burger. The sweetness of the pineapple and teriyaki sauce, paired with the sweetness of the burger, really hits the place and gets this taste buds dancing. You can't go wrong with floorless pommes on the side either.
