Arby's - Hagerstown

.Poor quality roast beef. Actually the meat was green and appeared spoiled.I spoke to manager who didn't seem to care. I told her I would bring the meat in to show her. She said no.She said that it wasn't necessary.Would not recommend this place.Will not patronize this place anymore.

I went to this Arby’s on my way home from a bad day at work. I got there and went through the drive through and ordered. I pulled around to the window and got greeted with a smile. I asked the worker what her name was? She said “Aleah sir”. I have came through the drive through multiple times with her and she always has been fast and polite and friendly. It brightened my day that my food was hot and ready fast and the shake was perfect. Thank you to Aleah for helping me in a time of need that I forgot my wallet and she paid for me for get my kids their sandwiches. Thank you to all Arby’s employees in Sharpsburg Pike for a great service. See you soon! (with my wallet next time I promise)!

My curly fries werent cooked fully..they were half raw. my roast beef sandwich tasted off. my husband couldnt even bite into his buffalo chicken slider. the chicken was hard and rubbery. i probably will NEVER return to this location. very disappointed!!!

Waited at the counter 10 minutes and finally gave up and left. No one made any move to help me even though there were no other customers there. One guy went past about 4 times and looked at me but didn’t offer to help.
