That the trouts came directly from the neighborhood farming, I only learned on demand, I would of course tell the guest first. Nice to see the breeding pools right next to the neighbor, as the water basins swooped neatly and everything looked very well. For 8,50 per kilo, the fresh trout is to be bought, or smoker trout. Food The map clearly only 2 pages, one page trout offers 15,50 17 euros with different preparation, the other side: table top, bovine rug, carving, chicken breast fillet and pork medallions of 14,90 17,90. The trout offers are each with soup and dessert and salad bar, I ordered the trout fried in almond parmesan for 17 euros. I forgot the soup. The salad bar was still untouched and offered about 10 different salads and vegetables and a few different. Dressing. I personally don't like salad bar! It was all fresh and crisp and chilled and yet I prefer a fresh salad from the kitchen. I think a few hours later everything doesn't look so great, and I don't like the idea that every guest in the bowls touches. Water 1.50. The trout came after co 50 minutes on a hot plate and was nicely crooked and fried inside, also the skin with the Parmesanmandelkruste tasted very tasty, on the plate a few orange slices, peach columns and unfortunately only very thin slices of lemon, I would rather have wanted lemon corners because you can express them better. The trout 4 points. Salt potatoes were added in an extra peel, colourless without herbs but with a butter sauce. The men's cream lacked the taste and fluffiness, it seemed like wallpaper glue, and the chocolate spoon did not bring any remedy, a spoon was sufficient. The ambience The ambience has come in the years (60 70 years) but clean. The green table runners and the matching paper napkins provide some color. Candles on tables, no flowers, in front of the windows these sad flower pots with canned flowers that you would not voluntarily place yourself in the apartment. Wastel spatter and toothpick. A small thing on the terrace taken to us. Very nicely dressed the trout fillet with black bread, as well as my cappuccino made of green and white asparagus with asparagus/tempura bar . The staff was so very nice, you felt comfortable. Unfortunately Easter Sunday was closed in the evening, we would have liked to eat more.
