Great for anyone with or without celiac. the owner knows how to prepare food with the right care. he is knowledgeable and accommodating. the rolls for gluten-free sandwiches are hard to say they are gluten-free.

This restaurant is unique, with food that is more sophisticated than the ambiance. They should consider expanding into the neighboring space to enhance the overall experience.

You did an excellent job hosting my son's first birthday party. Nick provided a creative menu, including fish-shaped sandwiches for the kids at our pool party. It was a pleasure to work with you, and everyone loved the food!
