Moe's Southwest Grill - Hackettstown

Never again. Paid over $50.00 for 2 bowls and a quesadilla basket. Talk about where's the food. And also look at the chips.

Worst moes. They are skimping on portions to save money and losing customers. Smallest burrito I’ve ever bought for 15 dollars. They’re under filling them. My friend got the saddest looking bowl. When you ask for meat they put the smallest amount possible, and when I asked for cheese they put so little on that I had to ask them to put more. Their cups are now generic cups, assuming they don’t want to order from the parent company and pay for branded cups. Unbranded plain cups. Barely any chips. Waste of money.

Staff isn’t the greatest, portions are absolutely terrible for the money spent. You’re lucky if you get utensils or the drink cup you ordered. Any other moes in the area is a better experience.

Everything was extra only 4 pieces of chicken n 4 of steak n not enough food you want queso that’s extra a small plate came out to 19 this place is a joke don’t come here

Something changed a few years ago and since then everything went downhill. I cannot look past the food poisoning and low quality food, you are literally making people ill and don't care. These reviews are not exaggerating how bad things really are. We used to love going here around 2016/2017, now we know we can't enjoy it and that kind of stinks. Please make this Moe's better so we can enjoy it again, we truly want to come back but cannot due to unsafe food, among many other reasons.
