Lotus Cafe - Hackensack

We have ordered from this restaurant several times, food was good before, but last two times we were not happy. Previous time we thought it was so-so, but last time we had to throw sesame chicken $20), it was awful. Not coming back.

I ordered a large tray of shrimp-fried rice and was using it to feed my family and some guests. They gave me a regular tray and when I asked them, they said that there were too many people talking at the same time, Which is ridiculous.This place is terrible and nobody should have to deal with this horrible service.

Overpriced mediocre food. I've been going to Lotus for years and the food is not as good as it used to be while getting more expensive. 3 of us had the lunch special that was pretty good but the service is slow and very rude. P.F. Changs is cheaper, better food and much friendlier service. Won't be going back.

Delishes old school Chinese food.Great service with wonderful staff.And very reasonably priced too

Been going here for years, The food is always good and lunch menu prices phenomenal For 10 dollars you get a lot of food.
