Dunkin' - Hackensack

Used to like this location but they decided to put in a machine to take orders instead of a live person : I prefer human interaction

Our neighborhood Dunkin' always a fun place to go, grab a coffee and the odd bite.

Always something wrong here. The drive thru always takes way longer than needed. They barley acknowledge the fact you?re there. Orders always come out wrong. I?ve waited for over 15 minutes with one car in front of me. Take the minutes and go elsewhere andnot wait as long.

Good coffee, breakfast sandwiches are good, donuts are good. The guy working the counter has a good head on his shoulders, and gets things done properly, even when under pressure.

Routinely waiting over 20 minutes for a pick up order of one black coffee. iced coffee tastes like water. people arent rude, but will completely ignore you for the most part.
