They have two vegan main dishes, we both had the vegan paitian rarms that are very delicious! I have better tofu in the rarms and I also do not understand why the vegan options are the same prices or more expensive than the meat alternatives. I would also prefer to have proper chiffel than the very cheap wooden sticks with wood chips. but do not make wrong, the overall taste is very great and we enjoyed our stay.

Had one of the two vegan main dishes options: paitan ramen, and it was very good! they also offer vegan beside dishes. would recommend over all-you-can-eat Japanese restaurants if in haarlem!
