La Cantina - Haan

Had a very good meal here from a week night. Pretty busy, but not overcrowded. While deceived and the service was good, the choice of wine was quite limited to only 2 red and 2 whites that was a little shame.

Tonight we went to Cantina and I ordered the Bysteca well. Wow! What a taste explosion. The meat was well made and still soft, juicy and crisp from the outside. The sauce was filled with cognac and garlic. I didn't expect so much taste. Well done!!! The court was extraordinary.

We have been here with a small group and got a table even if it was quite full on a friday evening. The staff was friendly, we had different food and drinks and everything was tasty except for the Aperol Spritz that was a little...flat. The atmosphere is nice, held in Italian country house style but classy. Prices are average, not the lowest but considering the food and service quality they are ok. There are a lot of places to get some pizza and pasta in Haan, but this is definitely one of the best!

Ate here whilst on a business trip and will happily revisit if I come back again. It was mid week and yet the restaurant was quite busy, although this made service a little slow, but then when eating alone time drags anyway. The food was...lovely and very quick to come out when the order was taken.

Klassische italienische Küche. Gute zusätzliche Auswahl auf der Tageskarte. Freundlicher Service. Sehr stabile gute Qualität in den letzten fünf Jahren. Immer wieder gerne genommen!
