Pho Man - Ha Noi

The best Bun Cha in Vietnam! Only 50,000 VND for a taste of heaven!

The Bun Cha at this restaurant is indisputably the best in Vietnam. It is only open for lunch, and is always crowded with locals.

I tried the beef BBQ at this restaurant in the evening. It was delicious and reasonably priced compared to other places in Quang An. The Honey BBQ bánh mì was also amazing. I highly recommend trying it!

I don't know why it's named Pho Man, but the bun cha at this restaurant is amazing. Bun cha consists of grilled pork with rice noodles. I was recommended to try it by my Airbnb host and it's the best grilled pork I've ever had. The soup that comes with the grilled pork is delicious, although I'm not sure what kind of soup it is. There are carrot and radish slices in the soup, as well as a large amount of vegetables on the plate. I'm not sure of the local price, but I was charged 55k VND for the bun cha and a cup of iced tea.

I don't usually like eating pho, but the first time I tried it here, I finished the whole bowl! The pho was delicious, the meat was tender and sweet. However, it was only tasty the first time I ate it, probably because of the unique flavor. And true to its name, the pho was really salty, salty in both taste and price :D The restaurant is small, you can only sit outside on the street for some fresh air!
