La Terrasse Cafe - Ha Long

Very spacious ambience with the type of leisure class you would expect from the hotel as a whole. The menu looks very promising, especially for someone like me who is looking for a number of western comfort food I don't often work in the outer provinces like me. Presentation and overall appearance of the prepared dishes was excellent. Expectations were high. But the food actually belongs to most glands I had in Vietnam. It is eerily without taste. The dishes are exclusively exercises in color and texture. They don't taste anything. This was the case with two types of pizza and a burger. Very disappointing at this price. Beverages are fine and the service is very good for Vietnam, but for the love of Jebus, get rid of the cook or get a new one.
