Heidi's Brooklyn Deli - Gypsum

I'm not sure if Heidi is personally baking the breads, but this restaurant serves delicious fresh breads and bagels, as well as tasty smoothies and hot sandwiches. The atmosphere here is great!

I found a hair in my Italian sub sandwich at this restaurant. I discreetly brought it to the attention of the staff, who promptly apologized. However, there was no offer to fix or refund the sandwich. I will not be returning to this establishment or recommending it to others.

The best! Everything is so fresh and delicious ?. We come to Gypsum from Glenwood to shop at Costco and always look forward to eating at Heidi's that day. Yum. Thanks!

Great stop to grab a sandwich before heading to the airport. The Turkey avocado was great and my boys enjoyed what they got too!

The staff was very friendly and there wasn't much of a wait, but the bread was very doughy and seemed to be under cooked. Maybe this is how they do it, but I'm used to French bread New York City style where it is flaky and dry. Since Brooklyn was in the name I was expecting a Brooklyn sandwich, but I was just a tad bit disappointed.
