Really bad customer service. I was using a coupon. She was able to process it but it wouldn't print the receipt. The worker called the owner and then gave me the phone (I have no idea why). They proceed to argue with me before I told them I wasn't looking to argue and I just wanted to know if I could get my food or not. They kept the food. Not sure what they did with it. They either kept it for themselves or gave it to someone else which is disgusting.
I have always enjoyed Subway subs, I have loved Subway since I was a child and the quality of the food has not changed which is great and the ingredients are always fresh. Delicious
DO NOT LIKE THE SERVICE...ONEDAY I WENT AND THEY TOOK FOREVER TO TAKE MY ORDER..THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER BUT GETTING EXTRA MEAT UP CHARGES FOR THE SALE... WE NEED A BETTER COMMUNITY SUB SHOP.....ALSO THE ARE NOT VERY POLITE AND TODAY SHE KINDA SNATCHED MY MONEY OUT MY HAND IM NOT THERE ANYMORE PERIOD......
Horrible, i used to work here amd they? racist. They fired me to hire illegal immigrants, 2 workers dont even have green cards. They also have a horrible roach infestation, i could be making a sandwhich and literalky have to smack roaches and change my gloves, many customers have complained about the roaches. They also dont follow proper food handling rules to keep customers safe such as changing containers and the manager jaymika is horrible! She lied to our owner about certain employees so they could be fired. She has the worse customer service skills such as yelling ang getting smart with customers. This restaurant should be shut down.
