Although it may seem uncommon to pre-order a meal for two, the decision was definitely worth it as the dining experience was exceptional. The flavors were some of the best I have ever tasted. I highly recommend going if you have the opportunity.

As a local resident, I was unable to justify staying at Ffynnon, but upon learning that they offered evening meals for non-guests, I decided to give it a try. I booked a special meal at Ffynnon to celebrate St Dwynwen night with my wife, and we were not disappointed. Since Ffynnon is a boutique hotel and meals for non-guests must be pre-booked, the experience felt very personal. We were contacted after booking to inquire about any dietary restrictions, and upon arrival, we were welcomed into the lounge for drinks and appetizers by a cozy fireplace. In the dining room, where only one other couple was present, the service was attentive without being overwhelming. The food was exceptionally high quality and truly matched the upscale atmosphere of the establishment. I would highly recommend Ffynnon as one of the top fine dining options in the area, perfect for a special occasion.
