The food was cold and greasy. Will not be going here again. The only thing in its favour is the prices were reasonable.

Best ice-cream ever. Ferrero Rocher is to die for. Staff are so lovely, great seating in or out. Been lots of times with the kids.

Not that bad, food was alright, alot of the stuff on the menu is overpriced though, if I was in the area, I wouldn't eat here again.

Considering the need for businesses to bounce back after lockdown this one will struggle. The food ordering is slow and inaccurate. There is hardly any customer service and everything needs asking for or prompting. Tables are no cleaned, the floor is like an ice rink with greesy feeling tiles. The food is cheap but stewed tea, under and overcooked food and missing items from the menu description makes it a bit of a luck of the draw situation. £1.60 for cordial is ridiculous. Don't expect much.

Waited an hour for two breakfasts. Order was wrong after 20 minutes, then we had to chase the meals. Told by staff we ordered something different but the truth was they wrote it down wrong. Food finally arrived after an hour! No apology, just put it down and walked off. Never even spoke. Miserable as sin. Good points are the coffee was nice and the food was cheap. The garden was a nice place to sit. Won’t be returning anytime soon though as the customer service was shocking.
