1.5 hours waiting, despite calling in order. eating was cold, the worst spring rolls ever, too much too little filled. this device needs an overhauled, annoying system and does not require customer service. please improve their facility as it is in a first class position

Eating here is nice, but I really don't think it's worth waiting. I called our order and was told it was about 45 minutes. I thought this was a long time to wait, but was happy to wait because I didn't. was too great so that not really fantasies cook. I arrived after about 50 minutes, since it's never done in time. the place was busy with people waiting for her to eat. I had to wait 40 minutes until my lunch is ready. when it arrived, the staff did not even apologize for the delay. from calling the order to actually get the food was an hour and a half! as I said that eating was ok, but it was not worth waiting. I will not disturb to go back because this is not the first time that I had to wait old after I arrived to get the food.

Surprisingly good. good standard of Chinese style meals. much better than I expected. I was recommended for a long time. probably after the best farewell in bangor.

I'm sorry but the service here really needs a kick up the A s s. We come here often and the foods lovely 5*. But every time we come we have to wait to even see a member of staff, no one comes to the...counter. Anyway this evening was by far the worse. I tried to put an order in over the phone, calling on and off for an hour no answer. So I decided I would just go and put my order in there and wait. Well! I stood for ages waiting to put an order in (again nobody came to the counter), one lady said she had put her order in 45 mins previously and not seen anyone since. Another guy came in and said he put his phone order in over an hour ago. Everyone there had something to say about how long it takes or lack of presence. I gave up waiting and went somewhere else. That experience lost them my £30 order and any future orders BUT gained them a bad review

Never fails to let us down. You have to try the large spring roll. Not had one as nice anywhere else. Phone the order on a sat night as they can be very busy. Tried many dishes and all are good standard. This is where...we get our take away regular on sat night.
