Cafe Glendwr Glaslyn Ice Cream

Popped in for a breakfast bacon roll last Saturday 2nd March and enjoyed it so much we came back in the evening for the pizza. We weren’t disappointed. Our order was taken by a friendly member of staff at the counter. We ordered the Gwynant with extra Snowdonia cheese and my husband had the Cnicht again with extra Welsh Blue cheese. Ordered portion of chips and they were so good we didn’t need to salt them. My husband is Sicilian and he said the pizza here was better than the ones he has eaten in Sicily. So if you want pizza in Wales with a great atmosphere then this is the place to go. Highly recommend. Dog friendly too as our little dog happily ate the pizza too!! 10/10

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. As someone who is gluten free, I spoke to the staff before ordering a gluten-free pizza. They were very helpful in explaining their efforts to minimize cross contamination, which made me feel much more comfortable. The staff were also extremely friendly and the food was delicious.

This restaurant is an excellent choice for lunch. There is ample outdoor seating for enjoying the summer weather, however, we dined inside due to the time of year. The waiter who served us was extremely passionate about the restaurant, and rightfully so. The pizza was hands-down the best I have ever tasted. The sourdough crust was delicious and the pizza was cooked perfectly. They also own the ice cream shop next door, which serves the best ice cream I have ever had. My favorite flavor was the chocolate coconut. I will definitely be returning.
