Shahi Darbar - Guwahati

Visited this restaurant today afternoon around 3.45 pm. Everything is absolutely perfect except location of the restaurant. Fast service, excellent food quality, good suggestions on food items to be ordered. In short, total value for money. Ordered starters, main course and when food bill came, we didn’t except such a low bill value as compared to other similar restaurants.

It is hard to spot from road side and is located on first floor. The resturant is very welcoming and we can have excellent vegetarian dishes. They provided free snacks and drinks as starters which i have not seen in any restaurant. The food quality was good as well.

Shahi Darbar is a nice place for food. It is located in a commercial complex and in a busy market place but the interior is decent and food and service both are good.

Been here recently. The location and the restaurant are contradictory. The location is not so good, though close to the river brahmaputra. The restaurant ambiance is nice and the food is excellent. The crowd is usually of young married couples and families. One of the best places in the city to try Indian Food! Go there and have a good time
