La Mexicana - Gustine

Cheap and delicious, nice employees and obviously the added bonus it is a grocery store. They also sell good meats which we often use in carne asadas etc.

They have cool products sweet bread (which doesn't look like they bake it there), but I have two complaints about this place, one, some of their shelf products are expired two, the hot food is alright, but they need to wash their hands /or wear gloves before handling, the cashier will go attend whoever wants to order food prepare it with her bare hands after she's handled money or whatever without washing her hands.

Corn season was in and I found the most wonderful sweet corn here. The lady help me with some Adobe spices and recommend I mix them with mayo, brush it on and then cook the corn on the BBQ. It turned out great and is my new fav recipe for corn.
